Once I am in business, how long before I start making money?

Can I operate out of my house?

Simply contact area retail store owners, place NJOY NOW cards and promotional materials in their stores, and keep the displays filled with NJOY NOW cards. Your job is more about maintaining a great business relationship with store owners and less about “selling” – leave that to us!

Do I need to have any special skills to be a successful NJOY NOW franchisee?

 

The NJOY NOW franchise team has developed a tested sales, marketing, and retailing training program for all franchisees. When you come on board as an NJOY NOW franchisee, you will be provided with detailed training materials and coaching to help you become a success.

How many cards should I put in each display?

 

It is recommended that each display have at least $2,000 worth of merchandise in each of them, although the display can hold more.

Can the cards be stolen?

 

Card theft is highly unlikely. Not only are the displays placed behind counters because transactions must be age verified but each display also has a sturdy lock on it. This lock helps to maintain a very strict inventory of product sold.

What stops an NJOY NOW user from sharing their card with their friends?

 

Our online encrypted security system will deactivate any cards' pin numbers that have attempted multiple logins at the same time.

Can NJOY NOW deactivate cards?

 

Yes. If we receive reports of fraud, theft, or site access by a minor, we will immediately deactivate that card.

Do the NJOY NOW cards ever expire?

 

No. The time period printed on each card does not begin until the card is activated online. Customers can activate their card as they please.For example, the 30-day NJOY NOW card expires 30 days after the consumer activates it online.

Are adult web sites legal?

 

Yes. The United States Supreme Court has upheld free speech rights to publish adult-oriented materials on the Internet, so long as such materials are in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 regulations.

What is 18 U.S.C. 2257?

 

It is the age verification and records keeping requirements for all adult/sexual content. This congressional act helps protect children and prosecute the criminals & sexual offenders who exploit them. We are staunch supporters of this act.
